MEET PAUL HUDDLESTON

Growing up in Central Texas, the love for Austin has always been present in Paul’s family. His mother spent over 20 years as a real estate broker, so you can say Paul was raised with real estate in his blood. He moved with his family to Southeastern New Mexico when he was 16, finished high school and began his higher education. During that time he met the love of his life and moved back to Austin at the first opportunity.

After planting permanent roots back in Austin, Paul decided he would follow in the family footsteps and become a Realtor®. He started his real estate career in mid 2004 and was quickly deemed a ‘Rising Star’. By 2007 he had $11+ million in sales under his belt and was installed as a Sales & Leasing Manager. That same year, he added a couple of agents to his team, in order to best serve his clients’ needs. While on the management team he was awarded with the Sales & Leasing Manager of the year in 2008, oversaw 900+ residential transactions, 450+ listings, and record breaking sales volumes. He has since stepped down from the management role and joined Realty Austin to spend more time with his true passion, helping his clients realize their real estate dreams.

From the beginning, Paul was destined to be a top performing real estate agent. To date he has helped his buyers, sellers and investors close on $40+ million in residential properties and has leased more than 400 properties in the Greater Austin area. Keeping a open line of communication and providing expert advice are essential tools that help Paul’s clients make sound decisions, in order to keep the buying and selling process running smoothly. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR), and the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABOR).
Paul enjoys spending time with his partner, traveling, and finds his volunteer work extremely rewarding. In 2011, Paul started volunteering in the non-profit arena. He was voted on the board of the AGLPF (a 501c3 Non-Profit) as the Vice President and in 2012 was installed to the role of President, where he currently serves. The AGLPF is charged with organizing an annual education and celebration event. The event donates its proceeds (over $50k in 2012) back to the community via other Austin area non-profits, such as Front Steps, Care Communities, ASA, Wright Wellness House, Capital Area Food Bank, Austin Pets Alive, Habitat for Humanity, Equality Texas, OutYouth and more.

Whether Paul is volunteering or helping his clients, he does so with honesty, integrity, passion, and professionalism. He looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!
